Too much billing for the internet, because you pay for each iphone and laptop separate bills......too much Also, no transportation to Atlanta city

Charging for internet for each Laptop, iphones, At least should be one charge for user name and password, not every aparatus No international TV chanels

We enjoyed our stay overall. The staff were great the foyer is quite nice. Loved the Japanese garden and outdoor area.

To be honest a little disappointed that the room was not as luxurious as I had expected from Hyatt. The room had a slight smell of being moldy possibly coming from the air conditioning unit. I was quite shocked that in a down economy a bottle of water is $4 - rather excessive and certainly takes the edge of the other wise welcoming atmosphere.

I really like the location and the luxury of the hotel .

No complimentary on anything . Not even the bottled water in the room .Also, I reserved a room with a King bed and at check-in they tell me they only had a double available . That is not what I reserved and I expected to get what I reserved . I eventually did get the room I reserved . I did not feel good about that encounter at all .

I believe I was charged twice for the stay.Once from Booked.net and other form the Grand Hyatt

The pool, sitting and garden areas was nice outdoor space.

Our refrigerator was not working and we did not know and put some food in there that went bad overnight.

This hotel was gorgeous! The staff were so nice and helpful. It is in a great location and has so many shops and restaurants within walking distance or short drive. We arrived around 9:00 the first night.....checked in and then left to eat and hang out. We came back to the hotel to park at 12:02am which saved us from paying $20.00 for a day of parking-just a thought! We had such a great weekend and will stay here if we make it back to Atlanta.

There was a lot of renovations going on at the hotel the noise was deafening we were not told of this work in advance it ruined our stay

Drab. Depressing interior design. Stark with wallpaper peeling off walls. Water temp screwed up! No lobby due to being under construction! Very noisy!

Excelent location, one can walk to some of the best restaurants/bars of Atlanta...also to Lennox Mall Staff outstanding

Has all amenities, including a nice gym, comfortable beds, and a very good bar.

I don't like that the price has to be negotiated and is a moving target. We stayed three nights, and paid three different rates. The two lowest rates were through this website, and the highest rate was booked through the hotel itself. Once we got there we had to negotiate a "package" for the third night (the highest rate) to slightly lower the price and get breakfast. There are also packages that include parking. It's way too stressful to have to negotiate everything and have different prices depending upon who you talk to and where you get the booking.

From the early morning hard noise was coming from the neighboring construction site.

There was remodling and construction going on in the lobby so it was annoying to hear all the drilling. I think the price could have been lower because of the noise level.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, downtown Atlanta which made it easy to get to the shopping mall and places of interest.

Luxurious accomodations at an affordable rate!!!!
